We are not responsible for what happens at your event

   What happens at your event is the responsibility of all those who attend the event.  If any criminal activity takes place at this event, we will not be held responsible.  Any other offensive activities are also the responsibility of those who attend the event.  While we encourage people not to have these gaming events at personal residences, we cannot stop this.  If a user happens to do so and something terrible happens we will not be held accountable.

 

This is not a gambling site

There will be any bets placed on this site.  We will also not be held responsible for anyone attempting to gamble through Game Happenings.

 

We cannot take care of personal problems

If there are any issues with this website not functioning properly, we will address them.  Other than that we cannot take care of any other problems.
